Well, I realize with the title there must be some reader not from Indonesia who wants to know how to make frappuccino. I give the English one in the bottom, just scroll down!

Penggemar Starbucks frappuccino?? Ini resep untuk buat sendiri di rumah :) [ala cuit hehehehe].

Pertama, frappuccino itu adalah ice blended coffee. Jadi komposisi utamanya ya kopi dan es batu [serut, biar mudah nyampurnya di blender]. Gunakan espresso supaya rasa kopinya lebih mantap, bagi yang nggak terlalu suka kafein, boleh deh pake mixed coffee instant.

Susu juga penting. Pake susu sapi asli, jangan bubuk, kalo ada. Nah rasa susunya ini yang bisa dimainkan [halah bahasane ki lho :D ]. Kalo mau yang biasa-biasa aja ya pake susu biasa, kalo mau yang berasa beda, pake susu rasa [stroberi paling cocok sama kopi hehehe, rasa yang lain juga boleh]. Porsi susu banding kopi [kalo cuit] 1:3.

Gula, karena kalo pake espresso dijamin pait abis. Gula pasir boleh, lebih enak lagi pake glukosa, yang bentuknya liquid dengan viskositas tinggi [kekekekeke, itu tuh gula cair yang kental]. Nambahnya suka-suka selera.

Kalo mau buat mocha frappuccino, pasti harus ditambahkan dengan coklat. Ada 3 pilihan, gunakan coklat bubuk [van houten cocoa deh cuit sarankan], larutkan dulu [terserah seberapa -- kalo cuit 1 sendok makan dalam 100 mL air hangat, baru diblender]; lelehkan dark chocolate [merk apapun, coklat swiss lah kalo banyak duit :D ] lalu campur; atau susunya yang tadi disebutkan pake aja susu coklat [kental manis yak -- bubuk juga boleh tapi kurang berasa deh coklatnya] atau pasta coklat. Porsinya coklat:kopi = 1:3

Kalo mau mirip2 dengan SB punya, choco chip juga oke ditambahkan, jangan banyak2 kalo porsi coklatnya udah banyak.

Tambahkan cinnamon alias kayu manis [bubuk] kalo suka. Biar aromanya enaaakkkk [aduh jadi pengen bikiiiinnnn]. Ya semua bahan tadi diblender jadi satu, esnya tambahkan belakangan. Tuang ke gelas, tambahkan whipped cream atau apokat yang sudah disendoki [duh bahasane gimana ya hahaha, pokoknya tambahkan daging buah apokat di atasnya, jangan gede2 nyendoknya :D ], terakhir dengan sentuhan [wusssss] coklat pasta di atas.

Okay, so for you who are curious, I tried to make some frappuccino by myself and it worked, so I hope it also works for you *smile.

First, the meaning of frappuccino itself is ice blended coffee (might be not necessarily coffee, since Starbucks also have smoothie). But that is the basic principle. So the way to make frappuccino is to blend everything in.

The main ingredients are espresso and ice. It is up to your preference on how much to prepare the espresso. You can take one shot (100 mL) espresso and up-to-you-too ice. Put it in the blender.

Then milk. Yes, there’s always milk. Use fresh milk (liquid), as maybe sometimes there is only powder milk. Then sugar. Better to use glucose, because it will be easier to blend the glucose rather than raw sugar.

If you want mocha frappuccino, put some liquid chocolate in the blender. Or add anything you want, choco-chip, Oreo, or even wafer. Then blend them all until the ice rocks become smooth.

That’s it. You can add some avocado on the top of the frappuccino, or hazelnut paster, or cinnamon! I love cinnamons!
